Helping raise money for the Tommy’s charity
BABIES and children in Emersons Green have helped raise money for the Tommy’s charity.
The Jo Jingles music, singing and movement classes at the village hall took part in the annual Jinglethon, which aims to raise £100,000.
This year the little Jinglers aged from three months to five years were sponsored to dress up as a favourite toy. Their efforts will help Tommy’s, which funds research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.
Tracy Bees, franchisee of Jo Jingles Bristol, said that 180 children and their families took part, raising more than £1,500.
“It’s an amazing achievement. The boys and girls had a really fun class while also raising funds to save other babies’ lives”.
